Or would a VNC client work just as well? ![]() Some factors I am interested in are ease of deployment to company(We could deploy both with ninite), cost (free vs $3000), connection quality, and functionality. What I am looking to find out is what is the best solution to this issue? The best way for us to connect securely and quickly without having any interaction from the user. It also doesn't run nearly as fast as we would like when using remote assistance. A lot of the time, the user doesn't see it or has stepped away from their desk. Right now when the user sends a ticket we try a remote assist. We have 5 locations all connected via MPLS with around 15 people who work out of the office and connect to our VPN very infrequently. ![]()
